Peel the ginger and any other ingredients you're adding

Peel the ginger and any other ingredients you're adding
Put all ingredients in blender, if it doesn't blend properly add a little water
Strain the contents through a seive or a nut milk bag

How To Make A Ginger Shot Without A Juicer Or Blender
Fill a pan with about 1.5L of water
Peel and slice the ginger and add it to the water
Slice 1 lemon and add it to the water
Heat and simmer for about 45-60 minutes
Juice the remaining 4 lemons
Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and honey if you want some sweetness and the tea bag
Leave to sit for an hour strain and pour into a bottle
